Dr. Chante Newman

Dr. Chante Newman grew up in Colonie, NY and was first introduced to chiropractic as a baby. She experienced the lifelong benefits of chiropractic early on, throughout her adolescence, into adulthood, and especially during and after pregnancy.
Dr. Chante’s undergraduate studies include nutrition and early childhood development. She received a B.S. from Excelsior College in Albany. She then graduated from Life University in Atlanta, GA as a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Dr. Chante is one of the only chiropractors in the area that specializes in pediatric and prenatal care. Dr. Chante believes you can make an incredible difference in the lives of children by assessing their spine at birth for subluxation (spinal misalignments or restrictions causing neurological interference). Her passion for family care led to additional post-doctoral training where she obtained Board Certification by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP) through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association’s (ICPA) 200-hour program. This certification has provided Dr. Chante with professional training in pediatric and prenatal adjusting techniques, evaluation, and assessment of the different stages of development. Dr. Chante has also obtained Webster Certification through the ICPA, which is used in the care of pregnant women, and can be vital in supporting normal physiological function of both the mother and baby throughout pregnancy and birth.
When Dr. Chante is out of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Patrick, and son, Eamon. They enjoy exploring local nature trails, family adventures, and taking in the beauty of Upstate New York.
